Music surrounds us as we go about our daily lives and directly shapes the world we live in—a key component as to why we desire to make each lesson engaging, inspiring, and fun!
Our hope is that our students will not only enjoy the time when they are actively taking lessons, but that their musical knowledge and appreciation will remain with them for a lifetime.
While Kristin's career has included experience as a church musician, classroom teacher, and private piano instructor, the studio has been her passion since 1986. Since then, Key Players Studio has become an energetic studio now celebrating its 30th year of sharing music with generations of students and their families. Kristin invites her students to experience private lessons and group opportunities laced with a splash of technology to further develop musical skills for a lifetime of enjoyment.
Music has been an integral part of Adam’s life from an early age. This lifetime of music prompted him to study guitar and piano at Milikin University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in 2012. After teaching part-time for six years, Adam joined the studio in 2016 on a permanent basis offering private and group lessons in guitar as well as private piano instruction.
LESSONS - Private piano and guitar lessons are offered on a weekly basis in 30-minute sessions. Small group lessons are also offered on a weekly basis in 45-minute sessions. Group lesson weeks take the place of both private and small group lessons a few times each year and are announced in advance. These group weeks allow for creative learning, group interaction, and a sense of community in our studio.
